1. No Refunds on Completed Work
Once work has commenced on a project, refunds will not be provided. Due to the complexity of digital marketing strategies, the time and expertise invested cannot be recovered.
2. Cancellations Before Work Begins
Clients may request a cancellation before work has started. In such cases, a partial refund may be provided at our discretion, deducting administrative and planning costs.
3. Scope Adjustments Over Refunds
If a client is dissatisfied with the work provided, we are open to making reasonable adjustments within the agreed-upon scope instead of issuing a refund.
4. No Guarantee of Results
While we use industry best practices and data-driven strategies, we do not guarantee specific results such as lead generation, conversions, or sales for e-commerce projects. Many external factors influence digital marketing success, including competition, market demand, and client cooperation in implementing recommendations.
5. Performance-Based Contracts
We generally do not engage in performance-based contracts. Our services are compensated based on the time and expertise invested in campaign setup, management, and strategy execution.
6. Exceptions
Refunds or cancellations outside these terms are only considered in exceptional cases at our sole discretion.
